Sean’s teaching is centered around the complex relationships between the mind, body, and music. His teaching combines elements of the Alexander Technique, as well as the Suzuki, Dalcroze, and Kodály methods. His overall philosophy of teaching focuses on mindful movement, for when we understand the body and how it moves, we can more easily understand how to sustainably interact with and perform music.
