Tulia Spurgeon

Tulia Spurgeon is a recent graduate of Otterbein University, earning a Bachelor of Music in Cello Performance with a minor in Education. She is passionate about using music to foster community, celebrate diversity, and deepen understanding of traditional school subjects.

Tulia teaches Preschool and strongly believes in the importance of music, singing, and movement in early childhood. Tulia also regularly performs with Westerville Symphony Orchestra and her string quartet. She primarily teaches the Suzuki Method, and shares Shinichi Suzuki’s philosophy that “Every Child Can!”
